Tory Burch seeks a Sr. Manager, Technical Design for our Wovens and Bottoms RTW category.

This role partners with Design, Merchandising, Product Development and Production to support fit and technical execution from concept through production, including construction specs and development approvals. The position requires 8–10+ years in Technical Design, patternmaking, garment construction and fittings, with strong woven/denim bottom patternmaking background.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in Technical Design, patternmaking, garments construction and fittings.
• Strong knowledge of woven fabrics, materials, construction and fit execution.
• Experience managing, coaching and developing team members with clear direction.
• Strong leadership with ability to guide priorities and partner cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain tech specs, build and update tec... packs and proto development.
• Collaborate with design, product development and production to ensure fit, construction and quality align with the design intent.
• Lead and coach a team of designers and technicians to ensure timely fit approvals.
• Provide clear technical direction and communicate updates to offshore offices and suppliers.
