Job summary

Terawatt Infrastructure seeks a Senior Technical Accounting Manager to lead accounting research and policy for its growing asset base and capital structure. This role requires Big 4 background and active CPA with strong GAAP judgment.

You will collaborate with Finance leaders, own technical memos, and oversee SOX controls and external auditor interactions in a fast-growing, hybrid work setting in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• Active CPA designation required.
• Big 4 audit or advisory experience.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on ASC 606, ASC 820, ASC 946; debt/equity accounting; CIP/asset accounting.
• Deep US GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accounting research and write clear policy memos for complex transactions.
• Analyze accounting for debt/equity instruments and new financing.
• Evaluate customer contracts and revenue recognition (ASC 606).
• Support fair value measurement and disclosures (ASC 820).
• Apply ASC 946 considerations to investment structures.
