Job summary

This role partners with corporate finance policy, internal reporting, and operating leaders to ensure accurate accounting and strong controls. The position requires 10+ years in public or corporate accounting, a degree in accounting/finance, and CPA (preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA certification or equivalent preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in public accounting and/or accounting for a publicly traded company.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and ability to research accounting guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide interpretative accounting guidance on complex transactions under U.S. GAAP.
• Research and conclude on technical accounting topics and standards.
• Draft technical accounting memos and policy position papers.
• Support quarterly and annual financial reporting, disclosures, and ICFR considerations.
• Collaborate with finance and internal control teams to ensure accurate accounting.
