Job summary

Silfex Inc., a Lam Research Company, seeks a Sr. Mgr, Technical Training to design and scale training across the Operations workforce in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

This role drives strategies to achieve 80% productivity for new hires and collaborates with value streams, plant operations, HR, and IT to align content and systems. You will leverage learning technologies, certify trainers, ensure ISO documentation, and measure training impact to meet performance and cost objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and administering training within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of ISO documentation and learning management systems compliance.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to scale the Operations workforce and reduce cycle time for productivity.
• Lead the design and implementation of training programs and activities.
• Coordinate with HR and IT to align content, scalability, and infrastructure.
• Manage training calendars, attendance, and project milestones.
• Establish trainer certification programs and certify trainers.
• Monitor training effectiveness and report results to management.
