KPMG is seeking a Senior Manager for our Business Tax Services practice.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide tax compliance and advisory services to corporations and partnerships for a variety of clients, from Fortune 100 companies to emerging businesses.
2. Participate in accounting for income taxes, including ASC 740.
3. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, managing a portfolio of clients and acting as the first point of contact.
4. Build and maintain client relationships, monitor teams, and contribute to market activities.
5. Oversee engagement risks, financial performance, billing, collections, and budgets.
6. Deliver high-quality tax services and advice to clients.

Qualifications:

• Minimum eight years of recent corporate tax experience in an accounting firm, corporation, or law firm.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; CPA, EA, or JD/LLM license; or in process of obtaining one within one year of hire.
• Experience with corporate taxation, consolidations, and partnerships.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and teams.
• Excellent advisory, compliance, and communication skills.
