Job Overview

KPMG is seeking a Senior Manager to join our Business Tax Services practice. This role involves providing tax compliance and advisory services to a diverse range of clients, including Fortune 100 companies and emerging businesses.

Responsibilities

1. Provide tax compliance and advisory services to corporations and partnerships.
2. Participate in accounting for income taxes, including ASC 740.
3. Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
4. Build and maintain client relationships, oversee teams, and contribute to market activities.
5. Oversee risk management, financial performance, billing, and project budgets.
6. Deliver high-quality tax services and advice to clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years of recent corporate tax experience in an accounting firm, corporation, or law firm.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; CPA, EA, or JD/LLM license with knowledge of ASC 740.
• Experience with corporate taxation, consolidations, and partnerships.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
