Responsibilities

• Provide tax compliance and advisory services to corporations and partnerships, serving clients from Fortune 100 companies to emerging businesses.
• Participate in accounting for income taxes, including ASC 740.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, and work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver industry-specific knowledge and experience.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, oversee teams working on client projects, and contribute to market and business development activities.
• Oversee engagement risks, financial performance, billing, collections, and project budgets.
• Deliver high-quality tax advice and services, ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years of recent corporate tax experience in an accounting firm, corporation, or law firm.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; CPA, EA, or JD/LLM license with strong ASC 740 knowledge. If not licensed, you have one year from hire date to obtain a credential from our approved list.
• Experience with corporate taxation, consolidations, and partnerships.
• Prior experience managing multiple client engagements and service teams.
• Excellent advisory, compliance, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
