Job summary

Novolex seeks a Senior Manager to lead enterprise talent management and leadership development across the organization. You will design onboarding, drive performance processes, and develop scalable leadership programs while partnering with field HR teams and vendors.

This role emphasizes data-driven decision making, AI-enabled learning, and governance to improve outcomes and scale capabilities across a matrixed organization. Travel about 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in enterprise talent management and leadership development.
• Strong program ownership and governance capability.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills across virtual and in-person settings.
• Experience evaluating and applying AI-enabled learning tools with governance and data privacy.
• Ability to translate qualitative and quantitative data into practical recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise salaried onboarding design, governance, and continuous improvement.
• Lead enterprise talent and performance management processes end-to-end.
• Develop scalable leadership development strategies and Emerging Leaders Program.
• Facilitate high-impact virtual and in-person learning experiences.
• Apply AI-enabled learning tools to personalize development and scale learning.
