Reporting to the Director, Talent Management, this position partners with leaders and HR colleagues to assess organizational needs, develop workforce capabilities, support change initiatives, and implement development programs that strengthen employee performance, leadership effectiveness, and organizational outcomes. The position oversees day-to-day learning and development operations and supervises the Training Coordinator.
Howard University Hospital (HUH) is the nation’s only teaching hospital located on the campus of a historically Black university. This is a full-time, exempt position. Salary range:$106,223 - $145,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
