Howard University Hospital is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to lead compensation strategy, governance, and workforce planning. You will partner with HR leadership and union relations to design, analyze, and administer programs in a highly regulated healthcare environment.
Responsibilities include market pricing, job evaluation, salary structuring, and providing advisory support to executives on compensation decisions and restructures.
The Senior Compensation Analyst serves as the organization's primary compensation subject matter expert (SME), providing strategic consultation and guidance to operational leaders, HR leadership, and Talent Acquisition regarding compensation philosophy, pay practices, compensation governance, and workforce planning initiatives. .In collaboration with HR leadership, responsible for the design, analysis, implementation, and administration of compensation programs that support organizational objectives, workforce needs, and regulatory compliance. The incumbent provides consultative support to leaders and Human Resources partners regarding compensation practices, conducts complex compensation analyses, administers compensation programs, evaluates positions, and develops recommendations that support equitable, market-competitive pay practices in a highly regulated and unionized healthcare environment.

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
This is a full-time, exempt position. Salary range:$67,482 - $115,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
