Job summary

National Register USA is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead a US-based software provider’s TA team. You will mentor three current staff, build out two additional US roles in 2027, and oversee director and VP requisitions across the US and Europe.

You will drive analytics in Workday and other data sources, interpret insights for senior leaders, and partner with leadership to shape recruiting strategy in a hybrid Atlanta office on the north side.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of TA experience in software/technology/B2B.
• Experience leading a team and coaching staff.
• Experience interpreting Workday data and analytics for leadership decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Take over and lead the existing TA team in a near-1B US-based software provider.
• Mentor and develop team members to reach hiring goals.
• Interpret, present and advise leadership on data from Workday and other sources to drive recruiting strategy across US and Europe.

TO QUALIFY: We are seeking at least eight years of talent acquisition experience in software, technology or B2B and you must have management experience.

• Take over an existing TA team for this near 1BB US based software provider.
• Team today consists of three; will add two more in the US in 2027.
• Reqs are in the US and in several countries in Europe.
• The Senior Manager will also be personally responsible for the director and vice president reqs.
• We seek a true coach who can mentor and develop the team.
• You will also be responsible for interpreting, using and advising leadership on the data and analytics in Workday and the other data sources in the organization.
• This is a hybrid setup; the offices are on the north side of Atlanta.
