Responsibilities

• Lead Construction Managers, contractors, and project teams to deliver safe, timely construction and maintenance work.
• Set priorities, coach staff, and develop leadership through feedback and training.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, risks, change orders, and project closeout.
• Coordinate with departments, contractors, customers, labor unions, and agencies to resolve challenges.
• Drive safety, quality, efficiency, and customer service while complying with regulations.
