Job summary

Tallgrass seeks a Manager of Systems Integration to coordinate systems engineering and integration across complex initiatives, aligning technical work with commercial obligations. Reporting to the Senior Director of Systems Integration, you will guide requirements, interfaces, risk assessment, and trade‑offs to ensure lifecycle‑oriented design, verification, and implementation.

Qualifications

• Experience developing or managing Systems Engineering Plans, baselines, verification matrices, architectures, or integrated schedules.
• Familiarity with lifecycle management, quality systems, reliability, or regulatory practices.
• Experience in energy, utilities, or regulated environments is a plus.
• InCOSE or PMP certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Execute systems integration activities across the project lifecycle from concept to operations.
• Coordinate commercial terms with technical plans, baselines, interfaces, and verification records.
• Work with engineers, PMs, operations, vendors, and stakeholders to translate needs into technical requirements.
• Maintain traceability between customer needs, requirements, designs, tests, and deliverables.
• Identify risks and support mitigation balancing cost, schedule, performance, and reliability.
• Support configuration management, change control, and governance processes.
