Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in missile applications for customer programs.
• Experience with missile systems requirements, interfaces, or architecture development and management.

• Mentor 10–15 Systems Engineers as a key manager.
• Influence teamwork and enable interdependent execution.
• Participate in talent acquisition, goal setting, performance development and appraisal.
• Ensure direct reports have suitable work assignments and growth opportunities.
