Job summary

Faherty Brand in New York seeks a Senior Manager of Systems & Automation to own the governance and ongoing optimization of core business platforms, led by NetSuite. You will drive AI-driven automation, own cross-system integrations, and oversee UAT and onboarding of new systems in collaboration with Finance, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Ecommerce and Retail teams.

You will guide system strategy, manage vendor relationships, and ensure reliable operations while reducing manual work across

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience spanning retail business operations and technology/systems.
• Hands-on experience administering NetSuite or a comparable ERP.
• Proven ability to design and implement AI-driven automation to reduce manual work.
• Experience owning system integrations end-to-end and UAT planning.
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Netsuite administration, roles, licensing, and environment management.
• Lead planning for upgrades, releases, and environment refreshes with minimal disruption.
• Manage integrations across core systems and establish governance for new designs.
• Own User Acceptance Testing for new implementations and integrations.
• Partner with teams to scope, deliver, and onboard new systems and integrations.
