Amagi seeks a motivated Senior Manager of Supply Partnerships responsible for building and maintaining solid supplier relationships to ensure a smooth and reliable supply chain. This role involves strategic planning, negotiation, and collaboration with key partners to achieve business objectives, product quality, and timely delivery.

Responsibilities:

1. Build strong partnerships with key suppliers to ensure reliable and efficient supply chain operations.
2. Develop and execute a supply chain strategy aligned with the company's objectives and growth plans.
3. Negotiate favorable terms and contracts with suppliers to optimize costs, quality, and delivery schedules.
4. Oversee quality control and assurance processes to meet company standards.
5. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, such as disruptions, quality issues, or price fluctuations.
6. Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth flow of goods and materials.
7. Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular audits to drive continuous improvement.
8. Seek opportunities to reduce supply chain costs while maintaining quality and reliability.
9. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in all supply chain activities.
10. Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance, key metrics, and strategic initiatives to senior management.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• At least 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or related leadership roles.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for maintaining supplier relationships.
• Proficiency in supply chain software and tools (ERP systems, data analytics, forecasting software).
