Job summary

EY is seeking a Supply Chain Decision Intelligence Senior Manager to lead enterprise-transformations aimed at improving performance, resilience, and growth. You will advise senior executives, shape solution strategy, and manage multiple workstreams with a focus on value realization.

You will guide data readiness, governance, and engagement economics while developing market offerings and leading diverse, global teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
8+ years of related work experience.
Experience leading complex client engagements.
Experience implementing decision intelligence or analytics platforms.
Experience integrating decision intelligence capabilities with ERP/SCM solutions.
Leadership on multiple full-lifecycle implementations, including recent ones.
US work authorization.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise decision intelligence transformations end-to-end.
Advise executive stakeholders and translate business priorities into decision intelligence strategies.
Oversee business requirements, future-state processes, operating models, and system designs.
Drive process and performance improvements across supply chain functions.
Oversee data readiness, migration, integration, governance, and testing.
Own program delivery governance, risk controls, and executive reporting.
Manage engagement economics: staffing, budgets, forecasts, and margins.
Build and coach high-performing teams; develop future leaders.
