EY is seeking a Supply Chain Decision Intelligence Senior Manager to lead enterprise transformations across multiple workstreams and engage senior executives. You will shape strategy, govern delivery, and drive value realization while building high-performing teams and advancing market offerings.

You will oversee data readiness, ERP integrations, and program governance, coordinating across alliances, with travel up to 50%.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of eight years of related work experience, or a graduate degree and seven years of related work experience.
• Significant experience in supply chain management, analytics, digital transformation, or decision intelligence, including leadership of complex client engagements.
• At least four years of experience implementing decision intelligence or advanced analytics solutions such as Aera, Palantir, or comparable platforms.
• Experience integrating decision intelligence capabilities with ERP and supply chain solutions such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion Cloud, SAP IBP, Oracle SCM, or Kinaxis.

Aufgaben

• Lead Enterprise Decision Intelligence Transformations: Direct end-to-end implementation of supply chain decision intelligence platforms across multiple workstreams, establishing the program vision and value case.
• Advise Executive Stakeholders: Build trusted relationships with senior client leaders and translate business priorities into decision intelligence strategies.
• Shape Business and Solution Architecture: Oversee the definition of business requirements, future-state processes, operating models, system designs, and integration needs.
• Drive Process and Performance Improvement: Lead assessments of current-state supply chain processes and define measurable future-state capabilities.
• Oversee Data and Technology Enablement: Provide leadership for data readiness, migration, integration, governance, and testing.
• Own Program Delivery and Governance: Establish delivery standards, decision forums, risk controls, quality reviews, and executive reporting.
• Manage Engagement Economics: Own scope, staffing, budgets, forecasts, margins, and delivery performance.
• Lead Change and Adoption: Guide change enablement, communications, training strategy, and stakeholder alignment.
• Deliver Executive-Ready Work Products: Ensure quality of business cases, roadmaps, solution designs, documentation, and training materials.
• Develop and Lead Teams: Build high-performing teams; coach and develop future leaders.
• Drive Business Development: Originate opportunities, shape proposals, and contribute to account growth.
• Build Market Offerings: Collaborate with partners to develop repeatable assets and thought leadership.
• Advance Practice Priorities: Support workforce planning and strategic initiatives.
• Travel Flexibility: Be willing to travel up to 50% as needed.
