Job summary

EY is seeking a Supply Chain Decision Intelligence Senior Manager to lead enterprise transformations that enhance supply chain performance and resilience. You will work with senior executives, shape strategies, oversee multiple workstreams, and drive value realization while growing the practice through business development and thought leadership.

The role requires extensive experience in supply chain analytics, decision intelligence, and ERP integration, with up to 50% travel and in-person work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Eight years of related work experience, or a graduate degree and seven years of related work experience.
• Significant experience in supply chain management, analytics, digital transformation, or decision intelligence, including leadership of complex client engagements.
• At least four years of experience implementing decision intelligence or advanced analytics solutions such as Aera, Palantir, or comparable platforms.
• Experience integrating decision intelligence capabilities with ERP and supply chain solutions such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion Cloud, SAP IBP, Oracle SCM, or Kinaxis.
• Leadership experience on at least two full-lifecycle decision intelligence, advanced analytics, or supply chain technology implementations, including strategy, requirements, process design, build, testing, deployment, adoption, and post-go-live support; at least one implementation must have been completed within the last three years.
• Demonstrated experience managing large teams, multiple workstreams, executive governance, delivery risk, project financials, and third-party or alliance relationships.
• Proven business development experience, including opportunity shaping, proposal leadership, scope and pricing development, and executive presentations.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment and to drive decisions amid ambiguity.
• Experience in one or more industries: Consumer Products, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Technology, or Telecommunications.
• Ability to work in person at an EY office and/or client location up to 50% of the time, based on client and project needs.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employer sponsorship, now and in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain decision intelligence transformations across multiple workstreams.
• Advise executive stakeholders and translate priorities into decision intelligence strategies.
• Shape business and solution architecture including requirements and operating models.
• Drive process and performance improvement with measurable future-state capabilities.
• Oversee data readiness, migration, integration, governance, and testing for scalable solutions.
• Own program delivery and governance with delivery standards and executive reporting.
• Manage engagement economics including scopes, staffing, budgets, and forecasts.
• Lead change and adoption with communications and training strategies.
• Deliver executive-ready work products: business cases, roadmaps, designs, docs, test plans, and value reports.
• Develop and lead teams with coaching and performance feedback.
• Drive business development through opportunity shaping and proposal leadership.
• Build market offerings with alliance partners and thought leadership.
• Advance practice priorities including workforce planning and knowledge sharing.
• Travel as needed to support client engagements.
