Job summary

Mondelez International seeks a visionary nutrition leader to spearhead nutrition strategies for iconic brands across the U.S. and Canada.

You will lead a team of nutrition professionals, translate science into actionable business opportunities, and collaborate across regulatory, marketing, and external organizations to advance our nutrition agenda. You will drive external engagement, engage with trade associations, and shape policy advocacy while working onsite and in a hybrid model.

Qualifications

• Registered dietitian with leadership experience in nutrition strategy or policy.
• Proven ability to translate science into credible messages and public communications.
• Experience influencing senior cross-functional partners and external bodies.
• Strong leadership and people development skills within diverse teams.
• Extensive background in nutrition science, policy, and industry engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and nutrition thought leadership for North America, guiding product renovations and innovations.
• Collaborate with regulatory, scientific affairs, marketing, consumer insights, nutrition research, and legal to substantiate nutrition claims across media.
• Lead nutrition education programs and external outreach to health professionals and conferences.
• Expand external engagement with trade associations and scientific organizations to advance advocacy goals.
• Represent Mondelēz’s interests in external forums and shape industry positions through partnerships.
