Base pay range

$40.00/hr - $45.00/hr

Can work in Jackson, Grand Rapids, or Metro Detroit locations. Hybrid 2-3x/week.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Supply Chain Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for material planning from three years out to the fulfillment of independent work orders, specifically in the electric commodities space. Prefers a strong background in electric commodities and experience with SAP-based planning.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage plans for specified materials categories, such as electric and gas meters, wiring, and other critical materials.
2. Optimize SAP data management and review demand signals in SAP to ensure accurate forecasting.
3. Maintain the status of incoming orders and ensure demand visibility.
4. Work closely with warehousing and storeroom teams to ensure smooth operations and timely movement of materials.
5. Monitor and respond to exceptions in supply chain processes.
6. Track purchase orders and collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment.
7. Plan and report on materials that require extra care and attention.
8. Collaborate with field personnel in storeroom and warehousing operations to ensure efficient order fulfillment and tracking.
