Consumers Energy is seeking a Manager of Supply Chain Planning to lead the SC Planning team, develop forecasts, and drive optimal inventory levels across the organization. This role partners with senior stakeholders to ensure integrated plans aligned with strategic priorities and financial forecasting standards.

The candidate will oversee data-driven planning, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree with 7+ years in supply chain or related fields or equivalent experience.
• Experience in inventory strategy, forecasting, and planning for large spend.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities.

• Build, coach, and mentor teams with performance objectives and clear plans.
• Collaborate with the Director to deploy resources based on needs.
• Lead analytics initiatives to improve planning and decision making.
• Implement metrics and dashboards for inventory strategy and risk.
• Manage inventory strategy for up to $400M annual spend.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders and leaders.
