Mars Incorporated in Chicago seeks a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Finance to lead financial oversight of product costs across internal and external manufacturing networks, partnering with Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations.

You will drive cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, automation, and analytics, shaping the future of Supply Chain Finance with AI-enabled tools, while delivering actionable insights and maintaining standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required; CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of finance experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, or operations.
• Strong background in cost accounting, product costing, forecasting, and month-end close activities.
• Proven people leadership experience with the ability to influence across functions.
• Strong business partnering, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker with a challenger mindset identifying risks and driving solutions.
• Advanced Excel skills and SAP/ERP experience.
• Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience implementing process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance for Supply Chain operations.
• Provide actionable insights on manufacturing performance, product costs, sourcing strategies, and productivity.
• Oversee COGS reporting, variance analysis, and cost savings validation.
• Develop financial models supporting sourcing, capacity, innovation, and network optimization."
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to improve cost, service, and working capital.
• Drive automation and adoption of AI/analytics tools to improve efficiency.
• Ensure standard costing, BOMs, cost cards, and policy compliance.
• Serve as trusted partner to Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, and Finance leadership.
• Support business transformation and scalable processes for growth.
