Job summary

Mars Incorporated is seeking a Senior Manager for Small Format Sales Finance in Chicago to partner with Sales and Category leaders, build financial strategy, and drive day-to-day results across the Small Format channel.

You will own financial modeling, streamline processes, and lead a small finance team. This role requires strategic thinking, data-driven influence, and deep CPG finance experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• Progressive experience in a finance role, preferably in CPG and sales finance.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning for the Small Format channel with investment posture.
• Act as the primary finance partner to Sales and Category teams, delivering financial visibility and data-driven recommendations.
• Own financial modeling, special projects, and what-if analyses to guide investments and targets.
• Build and streamline end-to-end financial processes supporting the sales team.
• Lead and develop a finance team (2 direct reports) for high performance.
