Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Eight years of related work experience, or seven with graduate degree.
• Significant experience in supply chain management, analytics, digital transformation, or decision intelligence.
• At least four years implementing decision intelligence or advanced analytics solutions.
• Experience integrating decision intelligence with ERP and SCM solutions.
• Leadership on at least two full-lifecycle implementations, including at least one in last three years.
• Experience managing large teams and engagements.
• Proven business development experience.
• Industry experience in specified sectors.
• Ability to work in person at EY office and/or client location up to 50% of the time.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain decision intelligence programs across multiple workstreams.
• Advise executive stakeholders to align priorities with transformation strategy.
• Shape business and solution architecture and define future-state processes.
• Drive process improvement and measurable capability development.
• Oversee data readiness, integration, governance, and testing.
• Establish program governance, delivery standards, and executive reporting.
• Manage engagement economics including scope, staffing, budgets, and margins.
• Lead change management, communications, and training to drive adoption.
• Deliver executive-ready artifacts: roadmaps, business cases, designs, tests.
• Develop teams, mentor talent, and manage client/internal resources.
• Drive business development and market offerings through alliances.
• Advance practice priorities and workforce planning.
• Travel as needed to support client engagements.
