Job summary

Xcel Energy seeks a Manager to lead the Supply Chain Data Products & Analytics team. You will own the data product portfolio, govern assets, and drive AI-enabled analytics that translate data into measurable financial outcomes.

You’ll lead 4–5 professionals, guide governance, and ensure production data products meet standards while partnering with ERP and business stakeholders for actionable insight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, engineering, information systems, or business discipline or equivalent experience.
• Seven+ years in analytics, data engineering, BI, or supply chain decision support, including 2+ years leading people.
• Delivery of analytical products on a modern cloud data platform with SQL fluency.
• Experience supporting ERP data environments; SAP data structures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns the supply chain data product catalog and governs analytical assets.
• Directs data engineering gaps and ensures data contracts and quality thresholds.
• Leads AI-enabled analytics, automation, and governance within enterprise standards.
• Delivers executive decision support and maintains a value ledger for savings.
