Job summary

Xcel Energy seeks a Manager of Supply Chain Data Products & Analytics to lead the data product portfolio and guide analytics across supply chain and enterprise finance. You will own the data layer, drive AI-enabled analytics, and oversee a team delivering measurable financial outcomes.

The role partners with enterprise platforms, defines data contracts, and ensures governance while advancing automation, RPA, and AI workflows under enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, engineering, information systems, or business discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Seven or more years of progressive experience in analytics, data engineering, business intelligence, or supply chain decision support, including two or more years leading people or cross-functional delivery.
• Demonstrated delivery of analytical products on a modern cloud data platform with SQL fluency and data modeling knowledge.
• Experience supporting ERP data environments; SAP data structures strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns the supply chain data product catalog: definition, prioritization, development, versioning, and retirement of governed analytical assets.
• Directs closure of domain data engineering gaps in the enterprise lakehouse with the data platform org.
• Establishes data contracts, refresh standards, and quality thresholds for production data products.
