RTX is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Applications & Transformation to guide the strategic direction of the Supply Chain application portfolio amid an enterprise modernization toward SAP S/4HANA. You will lead long‑term planning, roadmaps, and standards enabling future‑state processes and digital capabilities.

This role requires a university degree or equivalent with 10+ years in enterprise applications or related fields and US citizenship.

• 10+ years in enterprise applications, digital transformation, or business systems strategy.

Raytheon Digital Technology’s OSQC Digital Solutions group is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Applications & Transformation to lead the strategic direction of the Supply Chain application portfolio as the enterprise modernizes and transitions to SAP S/4HANA. This role guides long‑term application strategy drives modernization and retirement decisions and establishes standards that enable future‑state business processes and digital capabilities.

What You Will Do

• Lead long‑term application planning and modernization efforts that support enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain application roadmaps that align with organizational goals, digital strategy, and future‑state business needs.
• Define and document business requirements, capability needs, process flows, and data dependencies for Supply Chain applications, ensuring readiness for S/4HANA.
• Recommend application disposition strategies with clear business justification.
• Drive alignment across cross‑functional partners—including Supply Chain, Digital Technology, and functional SMEs—on priorities, sequencing, and deployment strategy.
• Strengthen application lifecycle management standards to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and support sustainable transformation.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years' experience
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise applications, digital transformation, or business systems strategy.
• Experience developing application roadmaps or leading modernization initiatives.
• Demonstrated success influencing stakeholders and guiding decisions across complex, matrixed organizations.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Background in Operations or Supply Chain technology.
• Experience with application architecture, integration patterns, and process mapping.
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA transition or large‑scale ERP modernization

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective‑bargaining agreement.
