Job summary

DAP, based in Baltimore, MD, is seeking a Manager of Supply Chain Information and Analytics to translate data into actionable insights and support data-driven decision making. You will design data models, dashboards, scorecards, and reports to elevate business performance and drive continuous improvement.

You will define KPIs, work with Operations and Commercial teams, and manage BI projects while championing best practices and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in industrial engineering, supply chain, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with BI platforms that aggregate and report data across multiple systems (SQL, Excel & Power BI).
• 3+ years of experience using data visualization tools to develop supply chain KPIs & dashboards.
• 3+ years of experience using statistical tools to drive inventory management.
• 3+ years of experience automating ERP data extraction and modeling using SQL, macros or other tools.
• 3+ years of experience managing BI projects.
• 3+ years of experience translating quantitative data into business recommendations.
• 3+ years of experience defining and managing supply chain KPIs (capacity to demand ratio, safety stock, fill rate, supplier performance).

Responsibilities

• Translate data into valuable business insights to support data-driven decision making.
• Develop and maintain data models, reporting, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Define and monitor KPIs, metrics, and targets.
• Collaborate with Operations and Commercial teams to assess performance and generate actionable insights.
• Create scenario models to quantify business impacts and drive proactive improvements.
• Lead strategic roadmap for supply chain analytics and reporting capabilities.
• Document reports, processes, and models; drive adoption of new tools and capabilities.
• Coach and develop staff; promote continuous improvement and cross-functional communication.
