Job summary

DAP's corporate office in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain Information and Analytics to translate data into actionable insights and support data-driven decisions across operations and commercial teams. You will design and maintain data models, dashboards, scorecards, and reporting, manage data intake and validation, and develop scenario models to quantify business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience with business intelligence platforms that aggregate and report data across multiple systems, including SQL, Excel & Power BI.
• 3 years of experience using data visualization tools to develop supply chain KPIs & dashboards.
• 3 years of experience using statistical tools to drive inventory management.
• 3 years of experience automating ERP data extraction and modeling using SQL, macros or other similar tools.
• 3 years of experience managing BI projects.
• 3 years of experience translating quantitative data into business recommendations.
• 3 years of experience defining and managing supply chain KPI's such as capacity to demand ratio, safety stock, fill rate & supplier performance.

Responsibilities

• Translate data into actionable business insights to support decision making.
• Design, maintain data models, reporting, scorecards, and dashboards.
• Manage data intake, validation, mining, engineering, visualization, and communication.
• Define and monitor KPIs, metrics, and targets; collaborate with operations and commercial teams.
• Develop scenario models to quantify business impact and drive improvement.
• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap to enhance analytics capabilities in the supply chain.
• Lead and coach staff; promote continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Travel up to 10% domestically.
