Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in higher education financial aid administration.
• Experience with SAP and Professional Judgment.
• Experience administering scholarships.
• Experience in public higher education preferred.

Responsibilities

• EDConnect & Data Systems file exchanges between EDConnect and Banner; monitor batch issues.
• Oversee origination, certification, processing, and disbursement of all Direct/Private/State loans.
• Calculate and process Return of Title IV Funds for withdrawn students.
• Package and repackage student financial aid awards per requirements.
• Supervise SFS staff and coordinate office workflows with Student Accounts.
• Oversee reconciliations for institutional, state, and federal aid programs.
• Provide advanced financial aid counseling for complex cases and events.
• Monitor SAP administration and lead appeal coordination.
• Manage verification processing and C-code clearance; collect required docs.
• Assist with policy enforcement and audit preparation.
