You will manage diligence, documentation, and closing timelines with lenders, investors, and advisors, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure financeability and execution quality.

The role requires 4–7 years in energy or infrastructure finance, strong modeling skills, and excellent organization.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in project finance/infrastructure investing or investment banking.
• Strong understanding of project finance debt, tax equity, and capital stack structuring.
• Ability to manage diligence processes and data rooms across multiple transactions.
• Experience coordinating with lenders, investors, and tax equity providers.
• Highly organized with execution discipline in a fast-paced technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Quarterback Deal Execution: lead capital raises from term sheet to financial close.
• Diligence & Data Room Management: organize data rooms and respond to info requests.
• Structuring & Negotiation Support: assist in capital stack design and negotiations.
• Documentation & Transaction Materials: draft and track transaction documents with counsel.
• Cross-Functional Integration & Risk Management: coordinate with Engineering, Legal, Tax and Portfolio teams.
• Financial Modeling & Analysis: build models for capacity and structuring; hand off to Portfolio Management.
