Lightsource bp is seeking a Senior Manager, Structured Finance to join a fast‑paced, deal‑driven team. The hybrid role will be based in Austin, Denver, or San Francisco, focusing on tax equity, construction and term debt for utility-scale renewables.

We expect 4–6 years of project finance experience, strong financial modeling, and MBA or CFA preferred. You will work across offices, manage deal execution, and contribute to strategic financing solutions.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of project finance experience in transactional roles.
• Experience with renewable energy project finance and tax equity.
• MBA or CFA preferred; degree in quantitative field ideal.

Responsibilities

• Support negotiations with financing counterparties for solar and energy storage assets.
• Execute transactions including modeling, due diligence, and closing.
• Guidance on structuring project financing across teams and offices.
• Review financial models for soundness and present to investment committees.
