Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in project finance, infrastructure investing, energy finance, or investment banking, with direct experience executing complex transactions.
• Strong technical understanding of project finance debt, tax equity, and capital stack structuring, with the ability to support financial modeling and structuring analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to manage diligence processes, data rooms, and documentation workstreams across multiple concurrent transactions.
• Experience coordinating with lenders, equity investors, and tax equity counterparties on transaction execution.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong execution discipline and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving, technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Quarterback Deal Execution: Lead capital raises from term sheet to financial close.
• Diligence & Data Room Management: Organize data rooms and coordinate diligence across teams.
• Structuring & Negotiation Support: Design capital stacks and manage negotiations.
• Documentation & Transaction Materials: Draft, review, and coordinate transaction docs.
• Cross-Functional Integration & Risk Management: Align with Engineering, Legal, Tax, and Asset Management.
• Financial Modeling & Analysis: Build and maintain models for stack analysis and handoff to Portfolio Management.
