Job summary

Johnson Controls Capital (JC Capital) is hiring a Senior Equipment Finance professional in the Glendale, WI area. You will originate, structure and close financing transactions for North American customers, overseeing pipeline, credit analysis, documentation and portfolio management in a hybrid setting.

You will work with Treasury, Legal, Tax, Accounting and BU stakeholders, ensuring alignment with risk appetite and corporate policies.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of relevant experience in equipment finance or structured lending at a financial institution or large multinational.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA an asset.

Responsibilities

• Origination, structuring and execution of equipment financing and structured lending transactions.
• Oversee end-to-end deal lifecycle from pipeline development to booking and portfolio management.
• Coordinate with legal counsel on contract drafting and closing mechanics.
• Monitor portfolio performance and covenant compliance.
• Support Odessa lease management platform improvements.
