Job summary

Johnson Controls in Glendale, Wisconsin, seeks a seasoned structured finance professional to originate, structure, and execute equipment financing transactions for JC Capital. You will oversee the pipeline, credit analysis, documentation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely closes.

The role requires 6–10 years of equipment finance experience, a finance-related degree, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of relevant experience in equipment finance or structured lending.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA an asset.
• Strong credit analysis and financial modelling capabilities.
• Experience with lease accounting (ASC 842) and loan documentation.
• Familiarity with lease management systems (Odessa) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Origination, structuring, and execution of equipment financing and structured lending transactions for JC Capital.
• Oversee end-to-end deal lifecycle from pipeline development to documentation, booking, and portfolio management.
• Coordinate with internal and external legal counsel on contract drafting and closing mechanics.
• Support the operational execution of booked transactions including servicing, billing, and amendments.
• Monitor portfolio performance and covenant compliance; escalate issues as needed.
