EY is seeking a Senior Manager in our Supply Chain and Operations practice to drive procurement/category management and strategic sourcing transformations for clients. You will lead multi-category programs from opportunity assessment through benefit realization, collaborating with CPOs, finance leaders and suppliers.

You will shape value cases, run negotiations, and implement sourcing roadmaps while developing senior leadership relationships and mentoring teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, finance, engineering, economics or related field.
• 7+ years of procurement experience with meaningful consulting and leadership.
• Experience shaping and delivering complex procurement engagements across multiple categories.
• Demonstrated success in opportunity assessment, value-case development, category strategy and sourcing execution.
• Experience leading teams with senior Procurement, Finance and business leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Shape and sell procurement transformation, category management, strategic sourcing and cost takeout engagements.
• Lead spend and opportunity assessments, develop value cases, prioritize categories and create sourcing roadmaps.
• Direct category strategy, market and supplier analysis, sourcing events and negotiations.
• Mobilize and lead complex programs with governance, workplans, resources and risk management.
• Build alignment across Procurement, Finance and business teams balancing cost, quality and risk.
• Apply analytics, market intelligence, and AI-enabled procurement capabilities with proper controls.
• Develop client relationships, market offerings and thought leadership.
• Coach and develop high-performing, inclusive teams across pursuit and delivery.
