Job summary

EY’s Supply Chain and Operations practice seeks a Senior Manager to lead procurement category management, strategic sourcing and cost transformation for clients. You will shape multi-category programs, partner with CPOs and finance leaders, and drive value realization through analytics, AI and innovative sourcing capabilities across engagements in the US.

You will also lead teams, mentor professionals, and help clients transform their sourcing functions while delivering measurable business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Seven+ years of procurement and leadership experience.
• Experience leading complex procurement programs across multiple categories.
• Proven track record in opportunity assessment and value realization.
• Experience working with senior procurement, finance and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Shape and sell procurement transformation, category management and sourcing engagements.
• Lead spend assessments, develop value cases and sourcing roadmaps.
• Direct category strategy, market analysis and supplier negotiations.
• Mobilize complex programs with governance, resources, and risk management.
• Align procurement, finance and business teams on value and risk.
• Apply spend/contract analytics and AI-enabled procurement where appropriate.
• Develop client relationships and market offerings.
• Coach high-performing, inclusive teams across pursuit and delivery.
