EY is seeking a Senior Manager in the United States to help clients unlock measurable value through procurement category management, strategic sourcing and cost transformation. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, finance, engineering, economics or related field.
• Seven+ years of relevant procurement experience with leadership.
• Experience shaping and delivering complex procurement engagements across multiple categories.
• Success in opportunity assessment, value-case development and category strategy.
• Experience leading teams with senior procurement, finance and business leaders.
• Willingness to travel based on client and engagement needs.
• MBA or relevant certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape and sell procurement transformation, category management, strategic sourcing and cost takeout engagements.
• Lead spend and opportunity assessments, develop value cases, prioritize categories and create sourcing roadmaps.
• Direct category strategy, market and supplier analysis, sourcing events, negotiations and contracts support.
• Mobilize and lead complex programs, governance, workplans, resources and executive reporting.
• Build alignment across Procurement, Finance and business teams while balancing value, risk and quality.
• Apply spend analytics, market intelligence, and AI-enabled procurement capabilities with controls.
• Develop client relationships, market offerings and account opportunities.
• Coach and develop high-performing, inclusive teams.
