Job summary

EY’s Supply Chain and Operations practice is seeking a Senior Manager to help clients unlock measurable value through procurement category management, strategic sourcing and cost transformation. You will shape and lead multi-category programs—from opportunity assessment to sourcing execution and benefit realization.

You’ll work with CPOs, finance leaders and suppliers, combining procurement expertise with consulting and people leadership, while applying analytics, AI and emerging sourcing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7+ years of procurement experience.
• Experience shaping, selling and delivering complex procurement engagements.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and travel as needed.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Shape and sell procurement transformation, category management and cost takeout engagements.
• Lead assessments, develop value cases, prioritize categories and create roadmaps.
• Direct category strategy, market analysis, sourcing events and negotiations.
• Mobilize complex programs with governance, resources, risks, and reporting.
• Build alignment across Procurement, Finance and business teams.
• Apply spend analytics, contract analytics and AI-enabled procurement capabilities.
• Develop client relationships and market offerings.
• Coach and develop high-performing, inclusive teams.
