This role shapes performance measurement, evaluation planning, and evidence used across training programs, public innovation research, and peer learning initiatives.

The Senior Manager will oversee external evaluations, design scopes of work, and translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Seven years of related experience, including three years of monitoring and evaluation or data analytics.
• Master’s degree or additional education may substitute for experience per the JHU equivalency formula.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead monitoring, evaluation, and learning strategy with mixed methods.
• Oversee program evaluations and monitoring systems for reporting to funders.
• Develop multi-year evaluation agenda aligned with strategic priorities.
• Manage end-to-end evaluation processes with program teams and leadership.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure evaluation aligns with program goals.
• Design scopes of work and manage external evaluators to deliver high-quality outputs.
• Refine evaluation framework for ongoing relevance and impact.
