Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Education, or related field.
• Seven years of experience in academic program administration or similar roles.
• Experience substituting education for experience as allowed by policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning for executive education, including vision, branding, and multi-year growth.
• Perform competitive market analysis, pricing strategy, and revenue target setting.
• Oversee program design, delivery across in-person/virtual/hybrid formats, and assessment.
• Develop corporate partnerships and negotiate custom program proposals and contracts.
• Manage budget, vendor relationships, and P&L for the office.
• Direct staff, set performance metrics, and act as escalation point for issues.

Education
