Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; seven years of related experience incl. 3 years in monitoring/evaluation.
• Additional education or experience may substitute per policy.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead the Center's monitoring, evaluation, and learning strategy with mixed-methods evaluation and reporting.
• Oversee program evaluations and monitoring systems for monthly, quarterly, and grant-cycle reporting.
• Develop multi-year evaluation agenda aligned to strategic priorities and funding needs.
• Manage end-to-end evaluation processes with program teams and leadership.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure evaluation processes align with goals.
• Design scopes of work and manage external evaluators for timely, high-quality outputs.
• Maintain and refine the evaluation framework to stay practical and effective.
• Synthesize lessons and translate findings into executive-ready dashboards and recommendations.
• Advise leadership on priorities, tradeoffs, and improvements based on evidence.
