Job summary

The Johns Hopkins University is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Program Evaluation to lead the Center’s monitoring, evaluation, and learning agenda. You will shape performance measurement, evaluation planning, and evidence use across training, technical assistance, and research programs.

This role drives continuous improvement and accountability across the Center. You will oversee external evaluations, design scopes of work, and develop executive-ready dashboards to guide strategic decisions

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and seven years of related experience, including three years in monitoring and evaluation or data analytics.
Additional education may substitute for required experience, as allowed by policy.
Preferred: Master’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and responsibility.

Responsibilities

Lead the center’s monitoring, evaluation, and learning strategy and reporting.
Design scopes of work, manage external evaluators, and ensure timely, rigorous outputs.
Develop dashboards and learning products for senior leadership and funders.
Translate findings into actionable recommendations and program improvements.
