EY's Supply Chain and Operations practice in the United States seeks a Senior Manager to help clients unlock measurable value through procurement category management, strategic sourcing and cost transformation. You will shape and lead multi-category programs—from opportunity assessment and value-case development through sourcing execution, implementation and benefit realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Seven or more years of procurement experience.
• Experience shaping, selling and delivering complex procurement engagements across multiple categories.
• Experience leading teams and engaging with senior leaders.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsabilités

• Shape and sell procurement transformations, category management and strategic sourcing.
• Lead spend assessments, develop value cases and create sourcing roadmaps.
• Direct category strategy, market analysis, negotiations and implementation.
• Mobilize programs with governance, workplans and risk management.
• Build alignment across Procurement, Finance and business units.
• Apply analytics, market intelligence and AI-enabled procurement with controls.
• Develop client relationships, market offerings and account opportunities.
• Coach and develop high-performing teams across pursuit and delivery.
