Responsibilities

  • Create and manage strategic and execution frameworks across assigned business pillars.
  • Provide visibility to key stakeholders on integrated plans aligned to strategic priorities.
  • Track deliverables, milestones, and performance metrics to ensure execution.
  • Lead strategic planning activities and represent the function during enterprise planning processes.
  • Provide disciplined program and project management to optimize resource allocation and ROI.
  • Develop and maintain integrated strategic plans, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure delivery against commitments.
  • Create and communicate executive-level updates and narratives for stakeholders.
  • Act as a proxy for the executive leader in strategic discussions when appropriate.
  • Represent the head of the function in internal meetings and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Provide financial management oversight to improve operational decision-making.
  • Partner with leadership to drive cross-company initiatives and strategic transformation.
  • Lead high-priority strategic projects as assigned by executive leadership.

### Senior Manager, Strategic PlanningThe Senior Manager, Strategic Planning will drive strategic planning, execution governance, and program management across assigned functional pillars. This role partners closely with executive leadership to create integrated business plans, monitor progress against strategic priorities, and ensure organizational objectives and performance metrics are achieved. The position serves as a key advisor to senior leaders, providing strategic insights, financial oversight, and leadership on enterprise initiatives.**Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
