Western Union is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst (FX) based in the United States with hybrid work options. The role supports global FX risk management, currency hedging, liquidity planning, and regulatory compliance across multiple teams including Treasury, Accounting, Legal, Technology, and business units.
You will oversee hedging programs, funding forecasts, and reporting while leveraging automation tools to improve processes and reduce manual work.

This position requires candidates to be based in Denver or Atlanta, or willing to relocate to one of these locations, with an expectation to work from the office at least three days per week.

The Senior Treasury Analyst is responsible for supporting Western Union's global foreign exchange (FX) risk management activities, including currency hedging, liquidity planning, market analysis, and treasury operations. This role partners with Treasury, Accounting, Finance, Legal, Technology, and business teams to help manage foreign currency exposures, optimize funding strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal control requirements.

The base salary range is $89,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary plus annual incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
