Job summary

EMCOR Group, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager of Business Development to drive acquisition opportunities from screening to execution. You will build valuation models, support deal structuring, and coordinate diligence across finance, legal, HR, IT, operations, risk, safety, and tax teams.

The role requires strong analytical skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage complex transactions in a fast-paced environment. Travel about 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Five years of relevant experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate development or similar.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and evaluate acquisition targets per EMCOR’s priorities.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models, valuations, and scenarios.
• Assist in negotiating key commercial and financial terms with targets.
• Coordinate due diligence across multiple departments and staff.
