Job summary

The New York Times Company in New York, NY, is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Business Communications to lead internal business communications for XFun and related cross-functional groups. You will partner with XFun leadership, HR, Legal and other stakeholders to bring strategy, priorities and culture to life, elevating the employee experience.

You are an exceptional writer who can manage multiple projects, craft multimedia content, and drive engagement through events and formats like video

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in communications in a Global organization.
• Experience executing internal events (All Hands and large gatherings).
• Experience producing multimedia content (video, audio, interactive formats).
• Experience with project management tools and managing concurrent workstreams.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Connect colleagues to strategy and culture through communications, events and experiences.
• Support communications and planning for All Hands and other internal events for XFun, Wirecutter and The Athletic, including Maker Week, EngX and Behind the Report.
• Develop All Hands agendas, prepare presenters, and manage scheduling and logistics.
