Job summary

Kahn Litwin Renza is seeking a Senior Manager to join the Strategic Business Solutions team on a flexible hybrid basis in Andover, Providence or Boston offices. Salary range is $145,000–$190,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting.
• Master’s degree, CPA/EA license or active pursuit of higher education or credentials is highly preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in public accounting, 2+ years of managerial experience highly preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Profx Tax, Profx Engagement, MS Excel, MS Word, and QuickBooks.
• Knowledge of BNA Tax and Profx Fixed Assets preferred, but training is available.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key client contact for assigned engagements.
• Perform reviews and compilation engagements for various industries.
• Prepare federal, and state income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
• Perform tax planning for clients for year-end, including tax provisions, projections, and extensions.
• Act as a resource for less experienced associates and team members; delegate work and supervise staff to meet deadlines as well as other metrics.
• Prepare bills and discuss fees with assigned clients.
• Establish good working relationships with all Partners, Managers and staff members.
• Assist with special projects and manage various tasks at hand
